How do I track my catalog orders?

There are 3 ways to track your catalog order:

1. Call us at 1-844-995-5834, (TTY 711).  
2. Go online to ShopbcbstOTC.com and click Shop Now. Then select My Account from the links at the top of the page and scroll down to Recent Orders.  Choose Track Order for the order you want to track.
3. Download the free myTotal Benefits mobile app (App Store® or Google Play®). Then open the menu in the top right corner and choose Shop OTC. Or choose Shop Now on the OTC details screen. Then choose My Account, scroll to Recent Orders and select Track Order for the order you want to track.
